Registration Fee - $35.00 (non-refundable) Monthly Fee - $85.00

We have an excellent outdoor playground and a variety of indoor gym equipment that helps children learn that physical activity is important and fun.

We will require the following information for your childs registration:

  • Child's full name and date of birth
  • Full mailing address for child including postal code
  • Mom's and Dad's full address of workplace including work phone number and cell phone number
  • Alberta Health care number of child
  • Doctor's Name (Or clinic you go to), full address for family doctor or clinic and phone number
  • Name, Phone Number and full address of 2 emergency contacts
  • Name and Phone number of anyone who will be picking up your child
  • $35 registration fee (Non- Refundable)
  • 10 Post dated cheques for $85 (Sept - June)
